Smells like Team Spirit

My daughter joined the cross country team this year and today was her first race, so I thought this was fitting. I liked how I captured the beginning of the boys race, while getting the girls coming back from warming up and cheering them on.

Ready for Lift Off

Space Camp 2009 - This isn't the best picture, but the colors were so incredible! This was taken when we went with my daughter's class to Space Camp in Huntsville, Alabama. A cool, beautiful evening.

Keeping it in the Family

This is Bobo. I love how the green grass (although it needed mowing) contrasts with her black fur. Her ears are also adorable in this picture.

All in the Family

One sunny day in February I went out with the dogs to snap some pictures. This was a happy little accident- I love the lighting. Meet Wally & Patch; the smallest & largest in our menagerie.  

Paradise

I took these pictures while on Disney's private island, Castaway Cay, when we went on our cruise in March. I love this picture, because I was hidden away, in a hammock, yet I managed to capture the chaos of the family beach.

The hibiscus were beautiful and totally summed up the feeling of the island. This was when I realized that pictures without people were actually OK.
